add an experienced and results-oriented Account Manager to our VML
Health team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding
of the healthcare industry and a proven ability to build and
maintain strong client relationships. Exceptional communication,
organizational, and project management skills are essential, as is
a passion for delivering innovative and impactful healthcare
marketing solutions. What Youll Do: Serve as the primary day-to-day
contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment
with client objectives and budgets. Lead and manage projects from
inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and
resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver
integrated and effective campaigns. Proactively identify and pursue
growth opportunities within existing client accounts. Who You Are:
A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of healthcare
marketing trends and best practices. A confident and persuasive
communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and
concisely. A problem-solver, able to navigate challenges and find
creative solutions. A team player, able to work effectively with
colleagues across different departments. A results-oriented
individual, committed to delivering exceptional client service and
achieving measurable outcomes. What Youll Need: 2-4 years of
full-time experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media,
with a focus on healthcare. Proven project management skills and
experience managing budgets and timelines. Strong communication,

salary range for this position at the time of this posting is
indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on
job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of
responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a
competitive benefits package. $45,000-$100,000 USD We believe the
best work happens when were together, fostering creativity,
collaboration, and connection. Thats why weve adopted a hybrid
approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week.
