Full timePosition Summary
Engage and execute training and retention efforts for assigned
accounts to maintain revenue, increase client usage and adoption
targets and promote best practices within the team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for users within an existing
client, focusing on increasing users, usage, engagement and
Establish long-term relationships with customers
Proactively monitor account health and craft engagement
Train and support assigned accounts to maximize utilization of
Bloomberg Industry Group products
Craft and gain client buy-in on new user adoption strategies
Communicate with client on a regular basis to maximize product
usage, including professor adoption and curriculum integration.
Conduct training sessions for users
Help professors set up alerts, dashboards, and more.
Collaborate closely with Relationship Partners to define
account-specific renewal strategies for existing clients.
Develop deep knowledge of clients and accounts to enable
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as
Proactively share client services best practices with other Client
Juris Doctorate with coursework in business, legal, marketing,
sales or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years of successful sales or account management
experience in a business environment comparable to INDG.
Account Management experience preferred
Knowledge of assigned market (e.g. law firms, law schools)
Proven ability to prioritize accounts and manage multiple projects
and activities to meet business' objectives and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience in
presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Management and/or team lead experience, a plus.
Flexibility for travel.
