DescriptionPosition Responsibilities

• 
  
• Copy and scan documents for borrowers for in-person borrower.
  
• File documents and keep the active pipeline filing cabinet organized.
  
• Remove files that have closed, add information to data base and put file into shredder.
  
• Send email to all MMP leads from last year to invite them to apply for a loan.
  
• Assist Spanish speaking borrowers with documents and with the downloads on computer.
  
• Enter names and emails address in Database for borrowers to include birthday, close date, buyer's agent name and listing agent name.
  
• Delete duplicate files in Encompass.
  
• Install and set-up appropriate games for borrowers' children in the family area.
  
  Minimum Education & Experience
  
  • 
    
  • Current enrollment in a related undergraduate degree program.
    
    Technical Knowledge and Skills
    
    • 
      
    • Microsoft office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
      
    • Above average verbal and written communication skills
      
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
      
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      
    • Ability to effectively multitask.
      
      Compensation:
      
      • 
        
      • Base Salary Range: $17.50 per hour Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
        
        Working Arrangements
        
        • 
          
        • This is an onsite role expected to work in office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday, and Friday.
