JOB TITLE: Adelphia Dean of Women
PAY: $20.00-$22.00/hour, DOE
REPORTS TO: Adelphia Program Director
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt, Full Time
JOB SUMMARY:
To model the life of a mature and growing believer and exemplify submission to the Word of God in both professional and private life. The Dean of Women provides Christ-centered mentorship in dorm life, student life, and work internships to enhance the student experience and cultivate an intentional community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mentoring young women as disciples of Jesus
  
• Meeting weekly with 1-2 students for one-on-one mentoring
  
• Communicating biblical truth clearly and effectively
  
• Planning and participating in bi-weekly student life events
  
• Managing the student life budget, including event spending and RA allowances
  
• Overseeing dorm facilities and other student spaces
  
• Assisting with dorm and student life conflicts
  
• Acting as liaison between Adelphia students and Lake Retreat staff
  
• Conducting student work evaluations
  
• Participating in student work-study in areas such as kitchen, housekeeping, and groundskeeping
  
• Working in a Christian camp ministry environment
  
• Overseeing Resident Assistant (RA) training and programs
  
• Modeling hospitality through weekly family group dinners
  
• Being available for students' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  
• Communicating pertinent student information to the program director
  
• Assisting in holding students accountable to policies and procedures
  
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Ability to communicate biblical truth effectively
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer skills
  
• Budget organization skills
  
• Ability to drive larger vehicles, including a 12-passenger van
  
  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  

• 
  
• High School diploma or equivalent
  
• 1+ year of biblical training or ministry experience (preferred)
  
  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  Work environment includes both outdoor and indoor settings.
