- 8 years or 10 years IT experience
- 3-7 years of experience in infrastructure and application monitoring
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- 1 year experience with the UNIX operating system
- 1 to 3 years' experience with Splunk
- Experience with Commercial LAN/WAN communication systems
