Job Description:

• Pay: $30.00-34.00/hr
  
• Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
  
• Overview: Support the Translational Pathology Biomarker Testing Laboratory (TPBTL) within Pharmaceutical's Translational Sciences organization. Assist with biomarker testing development, implementation, and execution for drug programs in early phase clinical development.
  
• Responsibilities: Support immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) assay development and clinical testing in a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory. Tasks include performing experiments, specimen accessioning, testing, imaging, data analysis, quality control, and report writing.
  
• Qualifications: Experience in IHC and ISH assay development and validation. Multiplexing and/or fluorescent IHC experience is a plus.
  
• Tools: Daily use of microscopes and imaging systems, including commercial image analysis software.
