Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
This role is for someone with 1-5 years of experience - this is NOT
a senior role.
Description:
The Talent Acquisition Partner drives talent acquisition strategy,
including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across
various functions. Looking for someone with 1-5 years of
experience.
Requirements: Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent
sourcing strategies
Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship-building skills
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practice
Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
Experience in high volume recruiting and building pipelines
Corporate and commercial recruiting experience
