Groundskeeper / Porter to join our trusted team for our apartment

999 Briarcrest Drive, Hershey, PA 17033.Rate: $17.00 per hour
depending on experience and position.Hours: Monday through Friday,
7:30 am - 4:00 pm.Role and Responsibilities:Perform
grounds/landscaping work as directed daily.Operating yard tools and
tractor for upkeep of property.Keeping dumpster areas clean and
free of debris.Light Maintenance duties as assigned.Customer
service and enhancing curb appeal.Prior Groundskeeping / Porter
experience is preferred but not required.Working cell
phone.Excellent customer service and sales skills.Valid PA Driver's
License and reliable transportation.
