Job Description:

Janitorial Cleaner - Floater (Variable Hour PT) Variable Hour (PT) Cleaning Job - (Pay starting at $15.50 to $17.00 per hour - Based on Experience)

We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning position in office buildings located in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas

PartTime Position: Days and hours of service will vary depending on customer needs, (Day and Evening Hours - Monday Thru Saturday).
As a Floater, your role is to work in multiple locations, often to fill vacancies, cover leave of absences and take on emergency work.

A Floater is responsible for the following:*Perform basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, spot cleaning, and emptying trash cans.
*Ensure cleaning practices are safe and efficient
*Perform janitorial duties as outlined in the service scope for each location
*Use appropriate methods, equipment, and chemicals to complete cleaning tasks*Provide A Level of Service That Meets Company's Quality Standard

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Office cleaning, Cleaning restrooms/kitchen, Vacuuming rugs, Dusting surfaces, Trash removal

*Sweeping and mopping floors, Glass cleaning/mirrors, Stocking paper products

**All Cleaning Supplies and Equipment Provided***

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Your Feet For The Entire Shift.

Qualifications:
*Attention to Detail A MUST

*MUST Have Reliable Transportation To The Company Office, (Wilmington, Delaware)

*Previous Cleaning Experience A PLUS.

License/Certification:
