Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real-World Data Analytics Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Perform analyses of complex, multi-modal RWD assets for internal
insights and collaborative research
Develop and implement methodologies for presenting patient-level
views of records in RWD assets
Mentor junior team members and act as a point of contact for
analytics expertise and project guidance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of relevant
experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management
tools
Hands-on experience with relational or graph databases and modern
data tools
Familiarity with oncology and cancer biology
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power
BI
