Job Description:
Execute daily, weekly, and or monthly tasks as assigned.
Interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind,
respectful, and effective way.
Keeps pace with serving duties, while maintaining excellent
customer service and cleanliness
standards.
Demonstrate accuracy in taking orders, providing service, and
resetting of tables.
Follow established meal service procedures, as defined in the Food
and Beverage Manual.
Learn residents preferences to assist in engaging with residents
when serving food.
Attend and participate in all annual required state and Company
trainings, team meetings, town hall
meetings, online learning resources.
