• Employment Type: StaffThe High Risk Perinatal (HRP) Unit at Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a full-time, night shift Registered Nurse Fellow (experienced RN interested in changing specialty to HRP and Labor & Delivery). In this role, you will orient to HRP and L&D and work both units.Fellowship Start Date: March, 2025Schedule: full-time, night shift with 3 x 12 hour shifts per week from 7:00pm to 7:00amSign-On/Relocation Bonus Information: This position is eligible for a competitive Sign-On Bonus. Candidates who are relocating 50 miles or further are also eligible for relocation assistance.The High Risk Perinatal (HRP) Unit is a 38-bed unit in Inova's Women's Hospital located on the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Falls Church, Virginia. It is the largest inpatient unit in the country that is dedicated to the care of pregnant women requiring hospitalization for complications during pregnancy. We have the finest team of Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist that provide specialized care to our moms. Our patients have extended stays which affords our nurses to build excellent relationships with patients and families. The HRP Unit is also our designated unit for post-partum overflow.
