create it.About the Job:Designs experiences for acquisition, care
or product across all platforms. Responsible for creating a
cohesive style guide, ensuring that design elements and language
are applied consistently throughout a project or product, and
defining behaviors. Ensures customer experience standards are met
both during the happy path and in error states.Key Roles and
Responsibilities:--- Provide art direction for the design team,
ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.--- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, UX
researchers) to define design goals and strategies.--- Mentor and
guide other designers, sharing best practices and fostering a
collaborative environment.--- Collaborate with other design
disciplines to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.---
Conduct user research and incorporate findings into design
decisions.--- Define micro-interactions, transitions, and
animations to enhance the user experience.--- Clearly articulate
design decisions to stakeholders.--- Collaborate with product
managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment
with business goals.--- Approach design challenges with a curious
mindset and explore innovative solutions.--- Solve complex design
problems while considering user needs and technical constraints.Job
Contribution:Education:Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in
Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or
equivalent experience.Experience:Intermediate-level, real-world
experience in design (5-8 years) with working knowledge of managing
projects independently.Our Lead UI Designer, earns between
$130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other

starting salary within this range may depend on geography,
experience, expertise, and education/training.Joining our team
