  Candidate profile and qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Experience in -5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
    
    • 
      
    • High-volume recruiting experience
      
      
    • Proficient in -ATS/HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite
      
    • Soft Skills-Independent, Strong written and verbal communication skills, organized, dependable
      
    • Education -Bachelors Degree Strongly Preferred
      
      Job Duties & Responsibilities:
      
      • 
        
      • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
        
      • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
        
      • Possess working knowledge of compensation skills to determine an appropriate salary.
        
      • Resolve any issues and barriers associated with facilitating the seamless onboarding for new employees.
        
      • Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees
