  • Labor and Delivery - RN - 36 HRS nights
  • Local Candidates: 50 miles (See AM)
  • ORIENTATION DATES: 9/9
  • Ratio : 1:5
  • 2 years of experience required
  • Unit accepts first time travelers
  • Scrubs are provided
  • Short Term Acute Care Facility
  • Teaching Hospital; Member of the COTH
  • Total Staffed Beds: 338
  • Charting: Cerner
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have C-EFM(Certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring) through NCC in Hand
    • Certs Required: ACLS, C-EFM through NCC, STABLE, NRP, BCLS
    • Skills Required: Circulate, FHM, Triage Experience Preferred
    • High risk L&D experience
    • Float Required: Required to Float to like units (i.e. Mom/Baby),travelers are required to float before permanent staff
      • Schedule Information
      • Call Required: 24 hours over a 6 week period.
      • Every other weekend coverage
      • Every other holiday coverage as needed
      • The traveler is required to be on premises 45 minutes after they receive call.
      • Must be willing to work as a preceptor and/or charge
      • We cannot guarantee a set schedule

        • The unit specifics such as unit policies and guidelines will be communicated during the orientation.
