The Senior Superintendent for high-rise new construction will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale building projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.   • Project Oversight: Lead and manage all phases of high-rise construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to final completion.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the efforts of project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Schedule Development: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet deadlines.
