The Senior Superintendent for high-rise new construction will
oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale
building projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within
budget, and to quality standards. This role requires strong
leadership and coordination with various stakeholders, including
project managers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure

- Project Oversight: Lead and manage all phases of high-rise
construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to
final completion.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the efforts of
project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other
personnel, to ensure effective collaboration and
communication.
- Schedule Development: Create and maintain detailed project
schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary
to meet deadlines.
