Our Medical-Surgical therapists work in all areas of the hospital: from our busy, highly tuned emergency department to the medical and surgical units, or to the cardiothoracic, neuroscience, and trauma intensive care units. Qualifications

PT Job Requirements:

• Bachelors in physical therapy
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree preferred
• Experience in a hospital setting required
• Must have DC License before start of employment
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals by AHA or Red CrossSkills:
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Effective interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
