SUMMARYFollows directions for preparing, and serving soups, meats,
vegetables, desserts and other food items for consumption in
patient and retail serving areas. Prepares foods by operating a
variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, wash,
peel, cut, shred fruits and vegetables, and trim and cut meat,
poultry or fish for culinary use. Tastes products, reads and
follows production sheets, and keep records as needed
