Job Description:

This Construction Cost Scheduling Position Features:

? 10 paid holidays per year and accrue 2 weeks of PTO during their first year of work

? The paid holidays are available on day 1 of assignment.

? Great Pay to $30.00/hour

SCHEDULER

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Responsible for developing planning level and baseline construction schedules and tracking actual work progress using Primavera software.

? Responsible for reviewing Contractor proposals and assisting with contract negotiations.

? Prepares an integrated macro-level master schedule for all ongoing Design/Build projects.

? Prepares planning schedules for construction projects, AE studies, or maintenance work during the planning phase.

? Prepares schedules for construction projects, AE studies, or maintenance work once SOW requirements are defined and for any contract change orders.

? Reviews contractor schedule, from proposals through change orders, and works closely with the Estimator to identify any issues with the costing.

? Supports Project Manager in negotiations

Experience and Qualifications:

? College Degree in construction management, engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.

? Minimum of 5 years construction cost scheduling work experience.

? Demonstrated knowledge of Primavera.

? Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to manage work requests on multiple projects at the same time.

? Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to read and interpret contract requirements

? Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

? Familiarity with Design Build contracts.
