Responsibilities:
--- Administer medications safely and effectively under the guidance of a licensed nurse, ensuring the well-being of residents.
--- Oversee direct care staff members to maintain high standards of patient care and support within the facility.
--- Be prepared to promptly respond to any emergencies that may arise during the night shift.
--- Engage in professional and compassionate communication with residents, families, and vendors.
--- Maintain strict compliance with both VA state regulations and company policies at all times.
--- Provide hands-on assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, toileting, and dressing to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.

Qualifications:
--- To be considered for this position, applicants must have a valid US work authorization.
--- Previous experience in working at an assisted living facility is a mandatory requirement.
--- The candidate must hold certification as a Registered Medication Aid (RMA).
--- Proficiency in medication software and protocols is a prerequisite for this role.
--- Essential qualities include the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
