About the Opportunity
Reporting to the DC Site Director, the 360 Digital Navigators Fellows Coordinator is responsible for identifying partner sites, facilitating program effectiveness, maintaining partner relationships, and monitoring fellow progress. The 360 Digital Navigators Fellows Coordinator plays a key role in the success of Byte Back's broader Digital Navigator program, which seeks to address the digital divide by creating a strong and sustainable nationwide network of Digital Navigators trained by Byte Back. This role will be responsible for ensuring the success of our inaugural youth training partnership with Urban Alliance in DC, setting and meeting high success standards.
This position begins April 1 and ends August 31. The work week is 30 hours at $25/hour.
About Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Support the identification of host sites - predominantly senior recreational centers and senior care facilities - for fellows and developing relationships with onsite staff members.
  • Monitor progress of and offer support to fellows during pre-program training and throughout the program.
  • Perform initial site visit evaluation prior to program start dates to confirm adequacy of facilities as well as periodic site visits during program to check on fellows and check in with onsite community partner(s).
  • Conduct and report on pre- and post-program surveys for fellows and host sites.
  • Maintain accurate and current records in designated CRM.
  • Perform outreach if/when fellows miss a scheduled Digital Navigator session.
  • Deliver final program evaluation report and list of recommendations for future yough specific Digital Navigator programs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a diverse, inclusive, solution-focused, high trust culture.
  • Other projects as applicable and other duties as assigned.
