Our client, a leading medical association in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Program Associate, Government & Public Affairs to support their team!About You:2+ years of relevant experience.Proficient in MS Office Products; experience with virtual meeting platforms.Effective verbal/written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days/week) on-site at the Washington, DC location.The Job:Manage scheduling and calendars; schedule conference rooms.Manage and update working groups, database, and email lists.Assist with meeting logistics, preparation, and coordination.Expense report preparation; prepare, track, and invoice department budget.Provide additional administrative support and complete special projects as needed.This is a great temporary-to-hire opportunity that offers $20/hr-$25/hr during the temporary period and has the possibility to convert to a salary of $50K-$58K when made permanent (DOE).
