Our rapidly expanding real estate team seeks a proficient, detail-oriented and committed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our one-of-a-kind brokerage. If you are seeking a dynamic opportunity to make a difference, this could be the opportunity for you!What We Will Offer You By Working With Us?Part Time position with Potential Full TimePrivate Office spaceIntensive onboarding trainingContinued real estate training 3-4 days a weekCompensation:$18 - $22 hourlyResponsibilities:As this is an in-office position, candidate needs to be willing to commute to the office on weekdays.Collaborate with clients, colleagues, lenders, appraisers, and other parties, serving as a key point of contact for all parties involved.Manage the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring all details are covered.Keep track of the contingency period and other important deadlines, making sure everything is on schedule.Coordinate appointments for inspections, appraisals, closing, and walk-throughs, streamlining the process for all parties involved.Facilitate the completion of inspection repairs, ensuring they are taken care of in a timely manner.Keep all parties informed of updates and changes throughout the process, providing clear and effective communication.Respond to clients' questions and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.Collect and organize supporting documentation, making sure everything is in order.Monitor contract deadlines and take necessary actions to ensure compliance.Follow up with clients after closing to ensure their satisfaction and ask for referrals.Qualifications:Strong customer service skills: You must be able to provide exceptional service to clients and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure.Experience in real estate required/preferred: A background in real estate is a plus, as it will allow you to quickly grasp the ins and outs of the industry.Licensed in real estate ideal/preferred: Holding a real estate license is ideal, but not required.Solution oriented: You must be able to think critically and find solutions to complex problems in a fast-paced environment.Coachable: We value individuals who are open to learning and adapting to new approaches and techniques.High attention to detail: You must have an eye for detail and be able to catch any errors or discrepancies in paperwork.Strong communication skills in writing and speaking: You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.Preferably bilingual in Spanish and English: A bonus for our Spanish-speaking clients, but not a requirement.Able to multitask: You must be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines.Performance-driven: You must have a desire to exceed expectations and constantly strive for excellence.About CompanyThe Mercy Lugo-Struthers Team, powered by Casals, Realtors , is a top team in Northern Virginia, serving the area for 15 years.
