As the ITAM SME, you will be responsible for providing overall technical leadership and oversight of IT Asset Management projects; lead the definition and review of customer stakeholder requirements; and coordinate and manage delivery sprints under the contract Statement of Work to ensure required plans and schedules are developed and followed throughout the life of the project. You will own the ITAM architecture and implementation roadmap.Your Impact to the Mission:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to project implementation and quality assurance by effectively evaluating and monitoring cost, schedule, and performance, assessing variances from the plan, and overseeing the execution of necessary corrective actions
• Manage scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, travel plans, performance reviews, and timing for new initiatives
• Lead the implementation roadmap creation and delivery for an enterprise ITAM solution
• Ensure ITAM solution adheres to all security requirements
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and oversee all testing and enhancement tasksExperience Needed to Be Successful:
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with ITAM products
  • Experience implementing ServiceNowDesired Qualifications and Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience
    • Expertise in execution and oversight of IT Asset Management Solutions and Implementations.
    • Ability to breakdown high-level strategies into actionable steps
    • Natural leadership abilities, strong analytical capabilities, and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, complex information in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of diverse audiences with different perspectives and objectivesBasic Qualifiers:
