Our client, an aviation association, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Membership Services Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC!About You:1+ years of membership, administrative, and customer service experience.A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.Previous non-profit, union, or association experience is preferred.Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic Photoshop skills.Excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.The Job:Support the membership department and online merchandise store.Interact with members and answer questions through email/phone correspondence.Organize merch, handle online orders, inventory, and support website updates.Prepare reports, memoranda, letters, and other documents and maintain files electronically.Additional support/special projects/administrative work as needed.This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $20/hr-$25/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $50K-$55K if made permanent (DOE).
