Methods+Mastery, a FleishmanHillard company, has an immediate
opening for an energetic, self-starting Social Insights & Analytics
fellow within our Alfred Fleishman Diversity Fellowship program.
Our new Social Insights & Analytics fellow will have the
opportunity to work alongside Methods+Mastery's analysts and
strategists to analyze data and generate actionable insights and
recommendations for our clients. Positions are available in Texas,
California, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, Massachusetts
and Washington, D.C. This position offers the opportunity for a
hybrid set-up with work from home and work from office

Fleishman Diversity Fellowship is an industry-leading program that
offers the opportunity for individuals to combine their
communication talents with their passion for diversity and
inclusion. The paid fellowships are six- to 12-months in length and
offer benefits, professional development opportunities and a mentor
program. Fellows contribute to client projects while rotating among
account teams, gaining practical experience in the field of
integrated communications from some of the industry's best

position is $41,600 - $45,760.Salary is based on a range of factors
that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other
job-related qualifications, and geography. A range of medical,
dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other
benefits also are available.The Social Insights & Analytics
fellowship will last six months, with an opportunity for extension
beyond this.Sound like what you're looking for?Play an active role
in daily social media listening, research and measurement for a
variety of national and global clients.Assist in developing social
insights from primary and secondary market research, business
analysis and competitive data.Work closely under senior analysts'
guidance to recommend social and digital strategies and ensure
implementation.See the big picture: Connect the dots by digging
deep to uncover trends and insights from data.Conduct analysis
through the use of social listening tools, audience intelligence
tools and owned analytics tools.Assist in developing client
KPI's.Stay current with the latest social measurement trends, as
well as relevant industry trends.Candidates must be a graduate and
display an eagerness to expand their skills in social-focused
communications, marketing, advertising and project management and
be available to work full time Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5:30
p.m (local time). Specifically, the candidate should also have some
experience in the following areas:Must-Haves:1 year of experience
gained in social media, planning, communications and/or analytics
with experience writing up recaps, summaries, or trend
reportsAnalytically-minded: Must be willing to learn how to analyze
and interpret social-driven data with a basic understanding of
percentages and mathPassionate about news, culture, and social
media trendsExcellent research, writing, and organization
skillsExcellent communications and critical-thinking
skillsExperience utilizing tools within the Microsoft and Google
product suite, with particular emphasis on advanced comfort in
Excel/Google SheetsExceptional attention to detail, particularly
when managing large data setsAbility to work easily in both large
team environments and independentlyAbility to multi-task and thrive
in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and willingness to
learn from our industry-leading team of
counselorsNice-to-haves:Experience executing social media listening
programs and delivering reports that inform internal and client
teamsExperience utilizing research or social media monitoring tools
such as: Brandwatch, TalkWalker, Crimson Hexagon, Sprinklr, Tagger,
YouGov, Comscore, Quintly, SocialRank, Tracx, Spredfast, Simmons,
etc.Experience using web analytics packages such as Google
Analytics, Omniture, and WebTrendsExperience collaborating on
Slack#LI-DNI
