the jobDo you have a strong focus on coordinating and coaching
personnel, attention to detail and the skills required to revise
and develop critical documents for training and instructive
purposes? We want to hear from a suitably qualified and interested
Learning and Development (L&D) professionals to join our team
at Wagerup Refinery!Strong working relationships with the area
Training and Development (T&D) Coordinators will be formed,
where you are tasked to maximise the application of the Learning
Management System (LMS) to ensure high standards of operational
competencies and facilitation of audits to support location quality
accreditation, aligned to the location T&D Strategy.Some of the
core responsibilities and activities in this role include:
- Contributing to the preparation of detailed training needs
analyses, training plans and training budgets based upon the
business priorities.
- Managing all training department resources and facilities to
ensure maximum availability and most effective utilisation.
- Managing scheduling of external training providers.
- Developing, improving, and maintaining the content and records
related to training in the controlled document systems, ensuring
appropriate records are kept for auditing, training and assessments
that are completed.
- Looking after repairs, upgrades and purchases of new resources
and equipment as required.
- Providing first point relief cover for the L&D Consultant
absences.You will work Monday through Friday with a flexible
leisure day once every four-week period.About youTo play a part in
our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:
- Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training.
- Excellent working knowledge of systems such as LMS, controlled
document systems, Microsoft suite, Power BI, and broader computer
proficiency.
- Proven ability to develop training materials and learning
guides, with a sound knowledge of adult learning principles and
able to apply good coaching techniques to a variety of learning
styles.
- Self-motivation who demonstrates a high level of initiative and
a proactive approach to developing people,
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise
effectively, and
- Consideration of safety of oneself and our employees in all
