Business Development Representative (BDR)Our SDR/BDR/EDR Teams are
operating in a hybrid environment and will be reporting for
in-office work Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays each week.
Candidates must live in the greater Austin, Texas or Washington DC
area.Sign-On Bonus Special: For individuals who join us in the
month of March or April 2023, we are offering a special sign-on
bonus program of $2,000 to be paid on the first payroll after 6

Do:Enterprise Business Development Representatives are creative,
passionate, and self-driven team players. In this important role,
EDRs will be the first point of contact for our prospective
customers. Through direct outreach efforts, you will engage and
qualify prospective customers. This role is for experienced
candidates looking to further their career in sales. The goal is to
put Bonterra products in the hands of as many customers as
possible, helping them do more good and change the world! This is a
role that requires someone with self-motivation and the ability to
work in a fast paced, dynamic and evolving environment is a
must!This is a 100% outbound role where you will need to be
strategic and creative with your outbound efforts.Educate potential
clients on the value of Bonterra software and servicesUnderstanding
a potential customer's needs and desired outcomes and effectively
communicating on how Bonterra's product platform will meet themMeet
performance-based goals around outbound activity, qualified
meetingsUsing Salesforce for lead/customer management and sales
forecastingUse SalesLoft, 6sense and LinkedIn Sales Nav to prospect
into accounts.Who You Are:You have 1-2 years experience in outbound
sales or business development.You have a desire to continue a
career in sales and advance within the companyYou ramp up fast! You
can learn software and technology tools quicklyYou are engaging,
positive, and have confidence presenting information to business
