Position Description:

CGI is leading a team to support and modernize multiple cloud-based systems supporting records management using Agile DevSecOps teams. We have built, maintained and enhanced multiple solutions over the years for our client, deploying to AWS. Our experienced teams are repeatedly called upon to address the latest challenges using new technology.

To support our growth, we need an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support the security activities associated with evaluating, implementing and managing the security practices of our Agile DevSecOps teams deploying to the cloud. This person will provide software security input and direction to each of the teams and work closely with the government's security office to provide updated guidance to ensure compliance with the latest security directives. They will also actively participate in the design, development and operational support of the multiple cloud-based applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
---Interpret the latest security directives for DevSecOps teams.
---Ensure that new services are designed and built in a secure manner.
---Lead the response to security incidents.
---Analyze system logs and outputs to identify areas for improvement and potential security concerns.
---Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Splunk, and other tools to provide insight into the security profile of the program.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
---Due to the nature of the government contracts, this position requires US Citizenship.
---8+ years of experience with building and supporting information systems.
---3+ years in one of the following positions: Information Systems Security Officer, Information Systems Security Engineer, Information Systems Security Auditor or Information Systems Security Manager.
---3+ years analyzing, assessing and implementing corrective actions based on vulnerability management tools.
---3+ years leading projects, technical writing, administrative tasks and conducting briefings.
---An active certification such as CASP, GSEC, GSLC, CISSP, CEH, CISM, and CISA or other comparable certification.
---Experience managing the security posture of cloud environments and working with engineering teams to remediate.
---Experience with CI/CD development pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform), microservices and automation.
---Experience perform extensive data mining, correlation and reporting.
---Experience working with NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FISMA, DHS and Department of Defense (DoD) policies.
---Experience with systems deployed to AWS.
---Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
---Strong communication skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $94,500 - $181,800.
