Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Pega Application Developer (Senior). The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC.TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIREDREMOTE WORK POSSIBLEDesign, build and configure applications to meet business process application requirements. Develop software products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews. Identify and resolve software issues. Plan and execute the delivery process.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.Pega System Architect CertificationMinimum of 8 years overall system development experience.Experience in Agile.Previous consulting or client service delivery experience.Experience with Pegasystems App Development.Minimum of 4 years of experience with Pega Development.Integraton devlopment experience.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Desire to work in an information systems environment.Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skill.
