*Responsibilities: *

* Bring a positive and professional attitude every day.
* Receive incoming calls from customers and key those orders into our order system.
* Educate the customers of our products, building upon existing relationships.
* This could range from communicating our weekly specials to new product launches, or everyday items.

* Respond to customers via email, keying in their order requests, and sharing product information.
* Monitor pricing closely and strategize with Sales when items are flagged for pricing discrepancies.
* Contact customers via the daily call list, educating our customers about our weekly specials and new product launches.
* Collaborate across departments, including sales and operations, to ensure our customers receive a world-class customer service experience.
* Work with other departments to successfully resolve customer issues in a timely fashion.

*Experience: *

* Food & Beverage distribution experience, or restaurant experience required.
* Inside Sales role within Food distribution or restaurants preferred.
* High School diploma required.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to customer service issues.
* Ability to maintain composure while dealing with difficult customers
* Ability to multitask and follow up, both internally with departments and externally with customers.
* "Foodies" desired!

Pay: $34,684.79 - $80,000.00 per year
