About the role

As a Client Insight Advisor, you will be working closely with the Senior Analyst-Client Insight and the Director of New Business to take the lead on the client interviews completed in the Client Insight program. Other key responsibilities include:

* Working closely with the Senior Analyst and other stakeholders on a range of areas including:
* Supporting on the pre-interview setup - communicating about the program and its benefits to partners and other stakeholders
* Conducting the briefing process with partners and Business Development ("BD") colleagues
* Completing interviews via video or phone, or on a face-to-face basis (sometimes requiring international travel)
* Reviewing, signing off and distributing the interview write-ups from drafts prepared by the Senior Analyst with BD Core support
* Supporting the following other areas as part of the role:
* Identifying opportunities for interviews as well as tracking and reporting on progress in converting these to completed interviews
* Becoming an expert in all aspects of the client insight program at Latham and helping support internal communications and collaboration around client insight to ensure the program delivers value and drives revenue working in concert with Business Development colleagues across multiple parts of the firm
* Collecting and collating impact and ROI data for Client Insight / feedback initiatives and the broader Client Engagement program
* Training other BD team members on interviewing skills across all types of client insight

About you

We'd love to hear from you if you:

* Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills and proven previous experience in this area of interviewing senior stakeholder or clients
* Possess experience in quantitative and qualitative analytical skills including a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Display the ability to consider and analyze data from a range of sources and use as context for what we hear from clients

And have:

* A Bachelor's degree
* A JD, advanced marketing degree, business degree or science degree
* A minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting business development or marketing initiatives at a professional or financial services firm
