Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for a Facebook Ad
Specialist for a full-service, pro-democracy communications firm in
Washington D.C. that specializes in high-profile political advocacy
campaigns. They are seeking a Facebook Ad Specialist to join their
digital marketing team. This person will help develop and execute
online growth campaigns and develop and implement digital
strategies across multiple platforms for a range of nonprofits and
small businesses. Job Description:
- Execute effective online email acquisition campaigns on
Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, from initial concept to
execution and analysis.
- Monitor performance of Facebook ads and optimize audience
targeting and ad spend as needed.
- Coordinate with the communications team to effectively promote
our clients' messages by using measurable goals/metrics.
- Produce reports on the performance of acquisition ads, website
traffic, and social media posts to help clients understand
results.
- Ensure that best practices are being adhered to across digital
platforms and that the team stays up to date on platform and
algorithm changes.
- Handle incoming requests for list matching and uploads of
client data. Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in online acquisition and
digital marketing. Facebook advertising experience is strongly
preferred.
- Excellent writing skills for effective online advertising for
email list building.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills - you can
interpret results for clients, explain strategic decisions, and
maintain smooth relationships, both internally and externally.
- Impeccable attention to detail, including the ability to
proofread and provide close copy-edits to text and code.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing digital
landscape.
- Familiar with audiences, technical limitations, and content
types for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other
social media platforms.
- Have a keen interest in following politics/current issues.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Bachelor's degree. If you exceed our expectations, you'll have
