About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist (Executive
Assistant) reporting to Government Relations Director, Public
Affairs and Government Relations and Public Policy. This position
will perform diverse, advanced, and highly confidential daily
executive administrative support duties daily for Government
Relations Leaders and Executives.
In this role, you will:
* Provide a high level of professional support which includes a
balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as
well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as
planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine
reports
* Perform heavy calendaring with internal and external
organizations and complex travel planning
* Assist with payment processing, which includes but not limited
to: payment tracking, supporting colleagues in processing of
payments, researching issues
* Support team coordination and meeting agendas
* Extensive document creation, editing, and drafting complex and/or
confidential correspondence
* Act as information source on group and company policies
* Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to
resolve issues and achieve goals
* Support and interact with executive and senior level internal and
external leaders and partners
Required Qualifications, US:
* 6+ months of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
* Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management,
travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events
* Advanced Microsoft office skills to include Excel, PowerPoint,
Sharepoint
* Experience writing and editing internal communications
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Knowledge and experience of Wells Fargo systems a plus; to
include but not limited to: Concur, GL 31, Workday
