We are looking for some great people who love helping our customers. You should enjoy making people smile, their day a little brighter and have a passion for our products. This position is fully remote and we are offering a fantastic customer advocate position. Schedules can vary, but examples of current need is 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm. All Central Time shifts. Weekends are required.

IMPORTANT!- MUST be able to pass a background check, including a credit check. (No bankruptcies in the last 7 years, no collections in the past 12 months for $2500 or more in NON medical debt, no major collections, etc)

We need go-getters with servant's hearts to work answering inbound calls & emails from our customers. These will vary from helping customers with sales, to seeing where a shipment is, researching when something did not go great, or handling general complaints.

Relationship building and sales experience are essential for this position.

Awesome if you have:
Customer service experience, and actually love to help!
Requires intermediate software and computer knowledge, strong Web/system navigational experience, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
Ability to think critically and use problem-solving skills to identify the root issues of problems
Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule and manage regular duties with minimal supervision from home
A home office environment that is quiet and free from distraction
High-speed reliable Internet access
Participate in individual and team training and meetings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date
Web camera for video calls/team meetings.

Experience working remote successfully in the past
Previous sales experience
Exceptional writing abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through email and chat.
