Join our team of professionals in delivering strategic and tactical guidance to senior leadership in support of pursuit development efforts.Work you'll doAs a Quality and Compliance Associate, you will have responsibility across multiple, concurrent projects. As a Quality and Compliance Associate on our team you will:Properly interpret Federal and State government solicitation (Request for Proposals/Request for Quotations [RFP/RFQ]) requirements governing document content and organizationReview draft proposals to ensure they address solicitation requirements clearly and our response is compellingProvide clear and effective communicationsProvide document management and controlsWork collaboratively with GPS personnel to ensure Quality and Compliance feedback is provided in a timely and actionable mannerProvide guidance on large, complex opportunities regarding proposal structure/outlineEffective use of procedures, tools and templatesProvide accurate and timely communications regarding document statusEnsuring quality and responsiveness of all workAdjust to shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, last minute requirements, and occasional evening/weekend hours to accomplish tasks within non-negotiable client deadlinesDemonstrate the ability to bring creativity and original thinking to the framing and structuring of proposalDevelop quality and compliance tools and best practices for use by GPS account practitionersContribute to lessons learned and knowledge base of successful pursuit compliance practices and examplesQualificationsRequiredMinimum of three (3) years of Federal and/or State Government proposal developmentExperience in reviewing and dissecting solicitation (RFP/RFQ) documents to ensure responses adhere to requirementsExperience in reviewing draft proposals and determining compliance with solicitation requirementsHave approximately 3-4 years of work experienceBachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business or comparable work experienceExcellent communicator - both written and oralA team player with an outstanding ability to work with people at all levels, including senior executivesDemonstrated ability to influence others, from staff to senior leaders through a strong presence, thoughtful challenges, and use of sound judgmentStrong interpersonal and political skills, including aptitude for building relationshipsKeen listener, with the ability to analyze information and make sound observations and recommendations quicklyAbility to work with grace and efficiency in a demanding, deadline-driven environmentTeam-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at onceDemonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilityAttention to detail and exceptional follow-up skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Travel up to 10% (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)Preferred:Training in formal capture/proposal methodologiesIndustry-wide best practices in proposal managementKnowledge and understanding of Federal / State procurement regulations and practices (including FAR and DFAR)Editorial practice and standardsTools:Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelSharePointGPSPursuitJobs#LI-ENAB#IND:ENABEA_ExpHireEA_CMG_ExpHire
