Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a collaborative team player who works closely with the internal recruiting team and retail hiring managers to find and place the best candidates for open positions in our rapidly expanding fleet of retail stores. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will oversee specific aspects of key recruiting projects and initiatives which will contribute to the continued growth of the organization.

Job Description:
Proactively support the retail recruiting effort by placing high quality applicants in right position at the right time
Understands importance of building diverse "top of funnel" pipelines
Relationship focused and passionate about the candidate experience
Proficient in multiple search approaches (LinkedIn/Boolean/Job boards etc.)
Experience building multi-state and multiple level search strategies
Effectively open and post new requisitions to company and external job boards
Resourceful and able to navigate through complexity and ambiguity
Provide phone and email support to prospective candidates and business partners
Maintain daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities

Customer Focus : Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal customers.
Learning on the Fly: Learns quickly when facing new problems, systems or applications. Relentless and versatile in the pursuit of creative solutions. Quickly grasps the essence and underlying structure of problems.
Planning and Priority Setting : Focused to ensure critical tasks are prioritized appropriately
Dealing with Ambiguity : able to drive for results while managing changes in priorities/scope. Can quickly adapt to evolving business needs.
Organizational Agility: understands the purpose and stakeholders of Harbor Freight practices, policies, procedures and systems.

Requirements
Must be adept at learning new systems and processes quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Internet savvy
Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members and hiring managers
Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Detail oriented, analytical and a self-starter
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Strong teamwork skills with track record of collaboration, accountability and proactively anticipating the needs of the team and the business
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
