The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a collaborative team player
who works closely with the internal recruiting team and retail
hiring managers to find and place the best candidates for open
positions in our rapidly expanding fleet of retail stores. The
Talent Acquisition Sourcer will oversee specific aspects of key
recruiting projects and initiatives which will contribute to the
continued growth of the organization.
Proactively support the retail recruiting effort by placing high
quality applicants in right position at the right time
Understands importance of building diverse "top of funnel"
Relationship focused and passionate about the candidate
Proficient in multiple search approaches (LinkedIn/Boolean/Job
Experience building multi-state and multiple level search
Effectively open and post new requisitions to company and external
Resourceful and able to navigate through complexity and
Provide phone and email support to prospective candidates and
Maintain daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities
Written Communications : Writes clearly and succinctly in a variety
of communication formats. Crafts messages that achieve the desired
result across diverse audiences.
Customer Focus : Establishes and maintains effective relationships
with customers and gains their trust and respect. Is dedicated to
