We have an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Digital Strategist with one of our non-profit clients that specializes in community advocacy and engagement. Candidates MUST be located in/near DC and able to commute to the office when this client finalizes their return to office plan, which will likely begin in Q1 of 2022. If you have strong product/project management experience and ample digital strategy experience, this role is a great match. All details are below in the job description and requirements.Project Description:This position will lead a cross-functional, highly matrixed team responsible for effectively communicating the value of organizational membership and it's benefits in our digital properties.Key area of focus will be implementing the digital strategy, managing, & executing the evolution of the Membership and Benefits channel along with the roadmap to ensure alignment between business goals and digital product development to deliver a world-class digital experience.This role will regularly consult with and report to the Director of Digital Solutions and leaders across the enterprise as new value is developed to ensure the offering is designed with the best possible member experience. This role will also manage multiple vendors and consultants in the successful completion of this work.This role will report to the Director, Digital Membership Solutions.Responsibilities include:* Leads and orchestrates the daily activities of the digital agile team known as MVC Pod.* Communicates challenges as they arise and works directly with leadership to secure needed resources.* Oversee the, planning, prioritization, and execution of the MVC Pod roadmap.* Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to execute strategies and tactics to meet enterprise membership dashboard goals.* Partners with Digital Analytics team and other enterprise teams as needed on reporting for web analytics to share with stakeholders and providers.* Assess, optimize, and recommend new strategies for MLM on digital properties for all devices.Required Skills:* College degree and at least 10+ years of ecommerce or highly transactional digital UX experience driving engagement & sales.* Experience in leading a cross-functional team in a matrixed environment with a product manager mindset.* Proficiency with developing and managing a project roadmap that meets/exceeds organizational goals.* Innovative thinker with the ability to proactively define and recommend strategies to senior leaders.* Significant project management and organizational skills and comfortable with working in a matrixed management structure.* Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships across a large organization necessary to reach business objectives.* Good oral/written presentation skills; proficiency in preparation and presentation of proposals, analytical reports, and documents regarding programs' operational status, achievement, and performance.* UX & design experience required.Desired Skills:Data-driven mindset with deep knowledge of running and measuring optimization of digital experiences utilizing digital platforms specifically AEM, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.Experience in managing website development and content creation using AEM, a CMS tool (Content Management System).
