Position:

Jitjatjo is looking for enthusiastic team members who work comfortably in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to excellent customer service.

Baristas prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages. Successful Talent know basic coffee recipes, have experience with commercial coffee machines and high volume customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn menu items to prepare for customer questions, orders, and item preparation.
  • Prepare menu items by following recipes for coffee drinks, such as, tea, latte, and cappuccino.
  • Prepare and serve basic food items upon request.
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service while keeping a positive attitude with teammates.
  • Constantly maintain cleanliness and appearance for guest and crew areas.
  • Enter orders and collect customer payments in location's POS system.
  • Keep coffee machines and equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Smartphone with a data plan
