Job Description:
- Working critical incidents, determine a plan to resolve the
issuse, give advice in what to search for at root cause and make
recommendations based on findings
- Analyzing application performance, interoperability and human
elements to create, plan, manage and implement solution
- Assist in root cause analysis
- Turn around rapid reporting and communication to stakeholders
- Use expertise to create forward thinking preventative measures to
avoid said critical incident in the future.
- Masters Degree in a related field (business/IT related) or 8
additional years of experience
- 5 years of experience in systems engineering/systems
relability
- Expertise to diagnose, investigate and solution multilayered
issues involving many technologies including networking (LAN/WAN),
Windows/Linux infrastructure, software development and cloud
engineering
- Experienced with utilizing and pulling data from Splunk ITSI
- Experienced with infrastructure monitoring with Solarwinds,
Dynatrace or similar
- Well versed in application performance monitoring with
AppDynamics
