Mortgage Systems Support Analyst (Remote)

Our client is looking for a Remote System Support Analyst to
join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking
calls from mortgage clients (end users) to assist them with
troubleshooting any issues related to internal system user errors.
This is a very hands on role and solution oriented. You will work
with mortgage clients to solve technical issues and escalate any
issues that may need further technical troubleshooting to other
team members as needed. This role requires you to be comfortable
with phone support, as you will be taking client calls and seeing
them through from start to finish. This is a fast-paced environment
with so being a self-starter is important, and they are looking for
someone who can be a true team player. This is a full-time,
permanent role with great pay and benefits!
Strong Encompass knowledge is a plus (understanding workflows and
At least 2 years of mortgage industry experience
Background in mortgage roles such as: closing, processing, loan
officer assisting, disclosure desk, etc.
Understanding of mortgage terminology and processes
Knowledge of technical support or phone support and communicating
with end users
Ability to problem solve and escalate calls as needed
