Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the
The Project Manager is an experienced manager with
responsibilities for coordinating the efforts of several teams,
either on one mammoth project, or for large numbers of projects
typically at a Document Center. The Project Manager will usually
work out of a Government-funded Document Center, although there may
be situations in which the Project Manager works out of a
Contractor-provided facility. Extraordinarily large, multi-facility
"Document Centers" may require more than one such Project Manager;
small Document Centers may not require any Project Managers.
In an average day the Project Manager could be tracking down
statistics for the client, as well as running searches in
Relativity and consulting with attorneys. The Project Manager will
also be expected to handle about 8-10 hours a month of PAE
administrative tasks such as timesheet review/approval, upkeep of
statistics for reporting, weekly reporting to client, monthly
reporting to client and invoicing.

- Knowledgeable of the Government's data processing environment,
PC-based databases and other applications
Internet and server-based databases, and other applications
(e.g., Relativity and other comparable applications)
- Expert user of the Government's office and network environment,
- Word processing, spreadsheet imaging, and hardware systems
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security
At least four years of progressively more responsible experience
in major litigation support projects, including at least one year
of Project Manager experience or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and
time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously,
including technical/data processing support activities and cases
Demonstrated ability to interact with attorneys on complex
Requires expert knowledge of litigation support; outstanding
writing skills; outstanding oral communication skills; outstanding
Strong technical background as demonstrated through user level
knowledge of e-discovery tools and data management.
Demonstrated working knowledge of the Government's and
Contractor's IT environment in which the work is to be performed,
as well as Contractor's "standard solutions" for e-discovery, e.g.,
Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop

Should have knowledge of the Government's office and network
environment, including but not limited to, word processing,
spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
- Undergraduate degree required; Law degree, advanced technical
certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred.
