LMI seeks experienced Facilities Program Analyst to provide support for a federal facilities portfolio management program.   • Provide real property and asset management support by tracking and updating property inventory, maintaining financial and asset systems of record, and performing portfolio management and analyses related to data validation, interpretation and reporting
  • Perform quality control of project data, coordinating with Project Managers to maintain system data integrity and managing project reports from initiation to closeout including developing requirements, risk analyses, project reviews
  • Perform and assist in financial management, tracking and reporting and formulation and justification for facility and real property assets budget requests and spend plans
  • Provide program-level facility and meeting preparation and facilitation for a variety of meetings and ad hoc projects to include preparing and managing of the agenda, compiling and tracking action items, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, and following up with stakeholders
  • Compile and analyze data from a variety of sources to develop portfolio wide briefing documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders and executive leadership within the organization
  • Prepare and facilitate periodic Project Management Reviews and Briefing Materials
  • Provide program and project level acquisition support to include compiling and documenting project requirements, monitoring and reporting procurement timelines and milestones, preparing and developing acquisition documentation
  • Develop/improve reporting methodologies


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and five (5) or more years of experience is required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and implementation of standardized project management work practices and methods
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation (CBP BI) preferred. Please note that only U.S. citizens are eligible for a suitability determination.
