KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design / architecture, and workforce analytics
  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management
  • Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools / resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance

Colorado Salary Statement:

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $74600 - High: $151500
