Our client, a school system in Fairfax County is seeking a
Service Desk Analyst II for a 1 year + contracted, remote
engagement. The Service Desk Analyst II will provide end user
support to it's school system staff via online Incident management
system, phone, or email.
- Provide end-user application support in a variety of
- End user testing and developing test scripts and plans.
- Implementing enterprise wide deployment
- Conduct user acceptance testing of system updates or
- Provide end user documentation via video tutorials and/or
Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Associates Degree
- Google Suite
- Microsoft Office 365
- K-12 experience desired
