Overview

Our client, a school system in Fairfax County is seeking a Service Desk Analyst II for a 1 year + contracted, remote engagement. The Service Desk Analyst II will provide end user support to it's school system staff via online Incident management system, phone, or email.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user application support in a variety of methods
  • End user testing and developing test scripts and plans.
  • Implementing enterprise wide deployment
  • Conduct user acceptance testing of system updates or changes
  • Provide end user documentation via video tutorials and/or Microsoft Office 365 tools

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree
  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • K-12 experience desired
