SharePoint Application Developer
CGI Federal provides application management support to the US ARMY
Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary. CGI is
seeking a qualified Applications and SharePoint Developer who will
design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software and manage
and maintain the SP environment; troubleshoot production problems
related to software applications and SharePoint; research, test,
build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new
products based on client requirements; design and develop new
software products or major enhancements to existing software;
address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and
multiple platforms; consult with project teams and end users to
identify application requirements; perform feasibility analysis on
potential future projects to management; assist in the evaluation
and recommendation of application software packages, application
integration and testing tools; resolve problems with software and
respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements; acts as a
team leader on projects; instructs, assigns, directs, and checks
the work of other application developers on the development team;
participates in development of software user manuals.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship and
an Active DOD Secret Clearance is required.
• Security+ Certification required 60 days after hire.
• 3-7 years of experience in software/SharePoint development with
formal training and/or certification in the required programming
• Experience in Agile, Rapid, and/or Waterfall software development
• Experience working with RDBMSs
• Software development in JQuery, BootStrap, Sharepoint Designer
and JAVA. Other languages include ASP, ASP.Net, .Net, JAVA,
ColdFusion, and/or SharePoint, SQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, MS SQL
Server, and or MS Access
