IPKeys Technologies is seeking aCybersecurity Policy SMEto a support anArmy G6 Cyber Policy program located at Ft. Belvoir, VA.The successful person will provide Cyber Policy expertise inthe implementation of stated efforts within CONUS and OCONUS sites, and develop sustainment strategies. The tasks to be performed include providing support to:--- Cybersecurity policy and procedures--- Cybersecurity/IA training and certification--- Cross Domain Solutions--- Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) compliance--- Supply Chain Risk Management--- Support to Weapons Systems and Installation Cyber MitigationsProvide subject matter expertise to make recommendations to senior management on cybersecurity/IA policies and procedures to ensure they align with technology advancements, statutory and regulatory requirements. Assist task leads in ensuring Army cybersecurity equities are addressed in information technology matters and coordinate with Army, other Services, DoD and or Federal Agencies. TheCybersecurity Policy SMEshall be well versed in cybersecurity policy at the DoD, Joint Staff and Federal levels in order to assist in drafting Army cybersecurity procedures. The Cybersecurity Policy SMEshall have extensive knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) system. The Cybersecurity Policy SMEshall support Army customers in drafting and submitting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and completing privacy impact overlays for their systems. Providing technical support to the Government in transitioning to and complying with the DoD and national level policiesAssessing Cybersecurity/IA needs and reporting, which encompasses, managing and organizing data sufficiently to report proposed actionable changes.Provide support to reviews of products on the Unified Capabilities Approved Product List (UC APL)Providing technical support to the Government in the incorporation of policy into appropriate regulations and pamphlets; in drafting, reviewing, revising and delivering Cybersecurity/IA policy documents to the Cybersecurity Directorate, and in responding to DA Staff, ACOMs, ASCCs, DRUs, PEOs, and field units' oral and written queries regarding Cybersecurity/IA policy.Must have: DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II (Must have one of the following quals: CCNA Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND. SSCP) or DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level I (Must have one of the following quals: CAP, CND, Cloud, GSLC, Security+ CE)Five(5) years of relevant cybersecurity policy experienceMust have extensive knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) system. Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.Must possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance
