Cerebro is looking for a Business Development associate to work closely with our sales directors to close new business. To be successful in this role you should be comfortable calling on C-suite executives at middle market companies and managing directors at PE firms. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and strong negotiation skills are essential. Experience in B2B sales is ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting, identifying and initiating new sales opportunities
• Qualification of opportunities by collecting financial reports and loan applications
• Delivering on activity based KPIs
• Work closely with senior team members to reach revenue targets, while creating new and enhanced customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 1-2 years of relevant business development and sales experience
  • Bachelors' degree (or equivalent)
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail
  • Ability to develop relationships over the phone and write effective emails with clear calls to action
  • Ability to handle high outbound call volume
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
