*This position is not available on a C2C or C2H basis, and is limited to US Citizens or GC holders.Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 6 monthsLocation: 100% onsite in Washington, DCEnd Client: Large government agency contractInterview Mode: VideoPay Rate / Benefits* Hourly $85 W2 rate + market value annual conversion salary* Insurance (Health, Dental & Vision, and Life); Short-Term/Long-Term Disability; HSA; 401K* No paid time off (PTO), which includes holidaysScope of Work-- 100% onsite - NOT a remote positionPosition Overview-- As a Salesforce Trusted Advisor, you will be part of a team responsible for a modernization effort to streamline operational processes in order to support the program's mission.-- The Salesforce Trusted Advisor provides support in the following areas:o Requirements gatheringo Configurationo Testingo Trainingo Post deployment support.-- As a Salesforce Trusted Advisor, you will work alongside stakeholders and provide them with valuable solution on a business problem and alongside work with development team to support the prototype, test, and deploy the solutionResponsibilities-- Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, define, and prioritize business requirements.-- Help prototype and validate user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development phase.-- Work collaboratively with team members and third-party developers to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories.-- Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce if needed.-- Collaborate with third-party developers to help build, test, and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.-- Facilitate key meetings with third-party developers and stakeholdersRequired Skills-- Work Authorization - US Citizen or Green Card capable of earning a Public Trust Clearance-- Education - Minimum Bachelor's degree-- Experience - Minimum 10 years of relevant professional IT experience-- Minimum 4 years of experience using Salesforce to develop client or business solutions.-- Experience with the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in a government agency.-- Experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.Preferred Skills-- Active Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer, Data Architecture & Management Designer, or Sharing & Visibility Designer)-- Knowledge of Customer Contact Center and Salesforce integration with telephony, ACD
