In this role, you will lead a team in developing and adjusting governance policies (to align with changing needs and external requirements) and monitor and report on activities that require compliance with policies and regulations. You will participate in meetings with regulators and government groups to establish regulatory requirements and strategic plan implementation, as well as lead a team in the implementation of strategic plans in partnership with business units to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Enterprise Risk - Corporate Governance - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities* Establish product vision and strategy of the Issue Management Module within the eGRC suite to support our Enterprise Issue Management Standard.* Partner with eGRC Integrated Solutions and Business on definition of target state and ensures alignment while executing roadmap.* Lead continuous stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business needs and gain feedback on design. Document business requirements and work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and support adoption efforts.* Provide testing support for the eGRC modules.* Establish and lead training program to support stakeholder community on both governance requirements as well as the Issue Management module. * Lead process for developing, reviewing, and editing draft policies and guidelines to align with changes in internal or external needs.* Lead team activities in monitoring the organization's activities to ensure that they are complying with policies and guidelines.* Lead the resolution of compliance issues and report the result.QualificationsMinimum Required Experience* 4 years relevant experience* Bachelor's degree or equivalentDesired Experience* Governance and Compliance experience specifically related to creating policies, evaluating compliance, conducting internal investigations, and developing data governance.* Demonstrated ability to define and document business requirements to support risk management and governance tools.* Experience documenting process flows to articulate workflow in support of design decisions.* Demonstrated thought leadership to evolve ideas and propose solutions to address customer needs and evolve strategy.* Ability to independently think, apply judgement and propose thoughtful solutions.* Strong relationship management with the ability to work independently and with customers across various business units and functional areas.* Highly organized with the ability to quickly adjust priorities and work in a demanding/complex environment.* Experience with eGRC tools and functionalityAdditional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
